摘  要:小型化GIS设备因结构紧凑、成本低等符合设备运维单位需求的特点,在电力系统中得到推广应用,但由于早期绝缘评价指标低,导致该类设备故障率较高。文中以某故障高发小型化GIS屏蔽罩表面气隙击穿为例,对该类设备运行可靠性进行研究,并依据研究结果提出改进措施。首先通过电场仿真、快速暂态过电压计算、绝缘裕度校核对故障进行分析,给出故障发生的主要原因。之后基于电场仿真、流场仿真以及耐压试验过程中的特高频局部放电特征,对该小型化GIS设备提出屏蔽罩结构优化、罐体内部异物治理、特高频绝缘监测3种改善措施,避免同类故障再次发生。最后通过人工预埋异物下交流耐压试验、1.1倍雷电冲击下绝缘裕度校核,验证了文中所提措施的有效性。Smart GIS has been popularized and applied in power systems due to its compact structure and low cost,which meets the requirements of operation and maintenance units.However,the low insulation evaluation index in the early stage causes this type of equipment to have a high fault rate.In this paper,the gap breakdown on the shield cover of smart GIS with a high faults is taken as an example to study the operating reliability of this type of equipment and,on the basis of study result,propose improvement measures.First,the fault is analyzed through the electric field simulation,fast transient over voltage calculation and insulation margin check and the main reason for the fault is given.Then,such three improvement measures as structure optimization,control of foreign matter in the enclosure and UHF insulation monitoring of the smart GIS are given on the basis of electric field simulation,flow field simulation and UHF partial discharge characteristics in the withstand voltage test so to avoid recurrence of the same type of fault.Finally,the effectiveness of the measures proposed in this paper is verified through AC withstand voltage test and the insulation margin check at 1.1 times lightning impulse in the condition of artificial embedded foreign matters.
