摘  要:提出了一种基于紫外-可见光谱快速测定卷烟纸生产白水中碳酸钙和细小纤维含量的方法。研究发现,白水中含有的微量瓜尔胶和消泡剂在400 n m波长处不产生吸光度值,而碳酸钙和纤维悬浮液在400 nm处所产生的吸光度值与它们对应的浓度成正比关系,符合朗伯-比尔定律。因此,采用酸解处理,通过测定酸解前后白水样品在400 nm处的吸光度值,基于差值法可分别得到碳酸钙和细小纤维的含量。该方法准确度好、精密度高、分析速度快,有望应用于卷烟纸实际生产中快速分析网下白水中碳酸钙和细小纤维含量,实现对碳酸钙及细小纤维含量的在线监测。In this paper,a method for rapid determination of calcium carbonate and fine fibers content in white water of cigarette paper production was proposed based on UV-vis spectroscopy.It was found that the white water contains trace guar gum and defoamer,which did not produce absorption at the wavelength of 400 nm,while the absorbance value of calcium carbonate and fiber suspension at 400 nm is proportional to their corresponding concentration and conformed to Lambert Beer law.Therefore,the acid hydrolysis treatment was adopted to treat the white water,and the absorbance values of white water before and after the acid hydrolysis at 400 nm were obtained,the contents of calcium carbonate and fine fiber thus could be calculated based on the difference method.This method has a good accuracy,high precision and fast analysis speed,which is expected to be applied to the rapid analysis of calcium carbonate and fine fiber content in white water,and realize the online monitoring of calcium carbonate and fine fiber content in cigarette paper production enterprises.
