摘　　要：本工程是从国外拆回的一台1960年代的旧新闻纸机改造成现代化技术理念较先进的文化纸机。包括更换流浆箱,调整脱水元件,压榨部改成直通式靴压,烘干部重新调整布置,改为单排缸+1组双排缸布置,施胶机由浸泡式改造为膜涂施胶,新配置后烘干组,多辊硬压光机拆除,新配置软压光机。卷纸机升级新配置自动辊库,重新设计改造传动部。改造后以1000 m/min以上的车速和优良的产品质量达到预期目标。This project is to transform an old newsprint machine in 1960s from abroad into a modern fine paper machine with advanced technology and concepts.The transformation includes the replacement of the headbox,adjustment of the dewatering element,changing the press section to a straight-through shoe press,re-adjusting the drying section to a single-tier cylinder+a set of double-tier cylinder layout,transform the sizing press from a immersion type to a film sizing press,re-adjusting the post-drying section,removing the multi-roll hard calender,and installing a new soft calender.Through transformation,the paper reel was upgraded with a new automatic roll library,and the drive section was redesigned and transformed.After the transformation,the expected target will be achieved with a operating speed above 1000m/min and excellent product quality.
