摘 要:目的探究腹式呼吸対立位平衡的影响。方法选取年龄在20-23岁之间的健康大学生30名作为研究对象,利用重心动摇计,对每位受试者先后分别进行三次平静呼吸(16次/分)和腹式呼吸(10次/分)两种情况下立位平衡能力的测定。结果受试者在进行腹式呼吸时的重心移动轨迹总轨迹长度(LNG)和重心移动轨迹外周面积(Env Area)明显减小(P<0.05)。结论与平静呼吸相比,腹式呼吸能够提高立位平衡能力。Objective To explore the effect of abdominal breathing on standing balance.Methods 30 healthy college students aged from 20 to 23 years old were enrolled;the standing balance of cases during three times of static breathing(16 times per minute)and during three times of abdominal breathing(10 times per minute)were gauged by posturography.Results the length(LNG)and the peripheral area(Env Area)of the trajectory of the center of gravity significantly decreased(P<0.05)when cases performed abdominal breathing.Conclusions Compared with quiet breathing,abdominal breathing can improve the ability of standing balance.
