摘 要:以羊肚菌栽培地内土壤为试材,采用Illumina HiSeq高通量测序技术分析土壤真菌群落结构的方法,研究了羊肚菌在进行栽培时翻地处理前后的土壤真菌群落结构的变化,以期为羊肚菌栽培时土壤真菌群落结构的变化提供参考依据。结果表明:4组土壤样品的真菌群落在门分类水平结构分析中共有优势菌门3种,分别为子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、鞭毛菌门(Mortierellomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota);在属分类水平结构分析中仅有优势菌属2种,分别为Mortierella属和Tetracladium属。通过差异分析,发现翻地处理前后,不同土壤深度下真菌微生物群落组成发生较大变化。The soil in morchella cultivation field was used as experiment material.Using Illumina HiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the soil fungal community structure,the changes of soil fungal community structure before and after soil tilting during morchella cultivation were studied,in order to provide a reference basis for the change of soil fungal community structure during morchella cultivation.The results showed that there were three dominant phyla in the four soil samples,namely Ascomycota,Mortierellomycota and Basidiomycota.There were only two dominant genera,Mortierella and Tetracladium.Through the difference analysis,it was found that the composition of fungal microbial community changed greatly at different soil depths before and after soil flipping.
