摘  要:为改善漂白羊绒织物的耐光稳定性,对其进行抗紫外线整理,优化的工艺为:整理剂质量分数5%、整理温度60℃、整理时间30 min。整理后羊绒织物的UPF值达90以上,白度略有下降。在人造光源下连续辐照40 h,或者UVA光源下连续辐照168 h,羊绒织物白度变化很小,表明抗紫外线整理可以明显改善漂白羊绒的耐光稳定性。In order to improve the photostability of bleached cashmere fabric,the anti-ultraviolet finishing of bleached cashmere fabric is carried out.The optimum treatment conditions are dosage of finishing agent of 5%,the treatment temperature of 60℃and the treatment time of 30 min.After finishing,the UPF value of the bleached cashmere fabric is higher than 90,but the whiteness is reduced slightly.The whiteness of bleached cashmere fabric treated with anti-UV finishing agent is almost unchanged after 40 h irradiation under artificial light source or 168 h irradiation under UVA light source,indicating that anti-UV finishing can obviously improve the photostability of bleached cashmere fabrics.
