摘  要:采用耐碱分散红HA-R、耐碱分散黄HA-G和耐碱分散蓝HA-2R对涤纶织物进行碱减量和低温染色一浴处理,探讨了载体用量、染色温度、NaOH和染料用量对织物染色及减量率的影响,并将一浴工艺与常规工艺染色织物进行对比。研究发现:110℃碱减量低温染色一浴工艺染得织物的K/S值与130℃先碱减量再染色常规工艺的相当,根据减量率和碱用量的线性关系,调整一浴工艺的碱用量。相同染料用量下,一浴工艺可达到常规工艺相当的织物K/S值和减量率,且具有同等的染色牢度。碱减量低温染色一浴工艺无需还原清洗,相较于先碱减量再染色的常规工艺染色温度更低,步骤更少。Polyester fabric is treated by alkali-reduction and dyeing in one bath at low temperature with high alkali resistant Disperse Red HA-R, Yellow HA-G and Blue HA-2 R. The effects of carrier concentration, dyeing temperature, NaOH concentration and dye concentration on dyeing and reduction rate of fabric are discussed,and the fabrics dyed with one bath process at low temperature are compared with those dyed by traditional process. It is found that the one bath process at 110 ℃ can reach theK/S value of the fabric dyed by the traditional process of alkali reduction and then dyeing at 130 ℃. According to the linear relationship between reduction rate and alkali concentration, by adjusting the alkali concentration of one bath process can achieve the same K/S value, the reduction rate and the color fastness as the traditional process in the same dye concentration.The alkali-reduction and dyeing in one bath at low temperature did not need reduction and cleaning steps.Compared with the conventional process of alkali reduction and dyeing, the dyeing temperature is lower and the steps are less.
