摘  要:以三羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂为氮源,乙二胺、对苯二胺和1,8-二氨基萘为碳源,采用一步水热法制备了三种氮掺杂碳量子点(N-CQDs-1、N-CQDs-2和N-CQDs-3),探究了三种氮掺杂碳量子点的结构及光学性能。结果表明,N-CQDs-1、N-CQDs-2和N-CQDs-3的平均粒径分别为3.87、7.09和2.79 nm,为分散性良好的近球形结构。在365 nm紫外光照射下分别发射出绿色、黄色和蓝色荧光。最大荧光发射波长分别为536、561和463 nm,对应的绝对荧光量子产率分别为11.3%、5.6%和7.9%。三种N-CQDs的元素组成和表面基团构成基本一致;粒径越大,最大荧光发射波长越向长波方向移动;N含量越高,绝对荧光量子产率越高。此外,三种N-CQDs的颜色丰富,表面基团还能进一步功能化,在功能纺织品、金属离子检测、多彩显示以及光电器件等领域有潜在应用价值。Three kinds of nitrogen doped carbon quantum dots(N-CQDs-1, N-CQDs-2 and N-CQDs-3) are prepared by one-step hydrothermal method using ethylenediamine, p-phenylenediamine and1,8-diaminaphthalene as carbon source and trimethylol melamine resin as nitrogen source, and their structure and optical properties are investigated. The results show that the average particle sizes of N-CQDs-1, N-CQDs-2 and NCQDs-3 are 3.87 nm, 7.09 nm and 2.79 nm, respectively, which are nearly spherical structures with good dispersion. Green, yellow and blue fluorescence are emitted under ultraviolet light of 365 nm. The maximum fluorescence emission wavelengths are 536 nm, 561 nm and 463 nm, and the corresponding absolute fluorescence quantum yields are 11.3%, 5.6% and 7.9%, respectively. The elemental composition and surface group composition of the three N-CQDs are basically the same. The larger the particle size is, the more the maximum fluorescence emission wavelength moves to the long wavelength direction. The higher the N content, the higher the absolute fluorescence quantum yield. In addition, the three N-CQDs have rich colors, and the surface groups can be further functionalized, which have potential applications in functional textiles, metal ion detection, colorful displays, and optoelectronic devices.
