摘　　要："肺与大肠相表里"出自于《黄帝内经》,意思是肺与大肠为表里关系,近年来,随着溃疡性结肠炎(UC)发病率的升高,越来越多的证据及文献研究表明UC可导致肺部损伤。同时,肺部损伤又可加重UC病情,是患者预后不良的重要危险因素之一。本文通过翻阅大量中医古籍及查阅国内外研究成果,系统论述UC在"肺与大肠相表里"中肠病及肺、肺病及肠、肺肠合病的生理病理的联系,并从现代医学的生理病理、微生物、黏膜细胞及细胞因子方面尝试阐述肺-肠轴在UC发病过程中的可能调节机制,进而探究UC与肺部损伤之间的关系。深入挖掘从"肺与大肠相表里"论治溃疡性结肠炎的研究进展,为进一步探究提供理论依据,为寻找治疗新方法提供新思路,并更好指导临床治疗。The concept of “lung and large intestine as superficies and interior” comes from Huangdi Neijing,which means that the lung and the large intestine are in a relationship of superficies to the interior.In recent years,with the increase in the incidence of ulcerative colitis (UC),more and more evidence and literature suggest that UC can lead to lung injury.In turn,lung injury can aggravate the condition of UC and is one of the important risk factors for poor prognosis of patients.By reviewing a large number of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine and consulting the relevant research findings at home and abroad,this paper systematically discusses the physiological and pathological relationship between UC and lung-related bowel diseases,bowel-related lung diseases,lung-connected-with-bowel diseases under the guidance of the concept of “lung and large intestine as superficies and interior”,and tries to elaborate the possible regulatory mechanism of the lung-gut axis on the pathogenesis of UC from the aspects of physiology,pathology,microorganisms,mucosal cells and cytokines of modern medicine,and then explores the relationship between UC and lung injury.It is believed that the in-depth exploration of the research progress of treating ulcerative colitis on the basis of differentiation of “lung and large intestine as superficies and interior” will provide a theoretical basis for its further exploration,provide new ideas for finding its new treatment methods,and better guide its clinical treatment.
