摘　　要：目的观察中药肾衰灌肠液直肠滴入对慢性肾功能衰竭Ccr、炎症因子以及KDTA评分的影响。方法将患者随机分为2组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加用肾衰灌肠液直肠滴入(生大黄50 g,煅牡蛎50 g,蒲公英30 g,枳实30 g,熟附子15 g,以50 mL、39~41 ℃的药物原汁滴入直肠,保留30~60 min,每日1 次),对比2组临床疗效、Ccr、炎症因子以及KDTA评分情况。结果观察组总有效率相比对照组明显升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Ccr相比对照组以及治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),Scr、BUN相比对照组及治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-1以及TNF-α相比对照组及治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后KDTA评分明显高于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论中药肾衰灌肠液直肠滴入可有效提高慢性肾衰患者康复效果,可有效改善肾功能指标,缓解机体炎性症状,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Shenshuai Guanchang Liquid by rectoclysis on the creatinine clearance rates (Ccr),levels of inflammatory factors and KDTA scores in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF).Methods The patients with CRF were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given a routine treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with Shenshuai Guanchang Liquid by rectoclysis (with 50 ml of the liquid at 39 °C to 41 °C dripped into the rectum,retained for 30-60 minutes,once a day).The clinical efficacy,Ccr,levels of inflammatory factors and KDTA scores of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the Ccr in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05),while the levels of Scr and BUN were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment compared with the control group and before treatment (P<0.05).The KDTA score of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group and before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Shenshuai Guanchang Liquid by rectoclysis can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with chronic renal failure,improve their renal function indexes,alleviate their inflammatory symptoms and improve their quality of life.
