摘 要:目的探讨喜炎平注射液雾化吸入对小鼠祛痰抗炎作用有效性。方法将喜炎平注射液分为高、中、低3个剂量组,分别为5.2、2.6、1.3 mL/kg,采用气管酚红排泌法观察喜炎平注射液祛痰作用;采用二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,观察喜炎平注射液抗炎作用。结果 1)气管酚红排泌试验结果表明,喜炎平注射液低剂量组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与阳性药组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),阳性药、喜炎平注射液中、高剂量组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。2)抗炎试验结果表明,阳性药组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),喜炎平注射液各剂量组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,喜炎平注射液各剂量组与阳性药组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液可以显著增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量;对小鼠耳廓肿胀无明显抑制作用。喜炎平注射液雾化吸入具有明显的祛痰作用,抗炎作用不显著,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Xiyanping Injection by atomizing inhalation on its phlegm-expelling and anti-inflammatory effects in mice.Methods The mice administered with Xiyanping Injection were divided into the high-,medium-and low-dose groups (5.2,2.6 and 1.3 mL/kg respectively).Its phlegm-expelling effect was observed by testing the level of phenol red excretion in trachea,while its anti-inflammatory effect was observed in the mice auricle swelling model induced by xylene.Results The results of the phenol red excretion tests in trachea showed that there was statistically significant difference between the low-dose group of Xiyanping Injection and the control group (P<0.05),and there was statistically significant difference between the low-dose group and the positive drug group (P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between the positive drug,medium-dose group,high-dose group and the control group.The anti-inflammatory test results showed that there was statistically significant difference between the positive drug group and the control group (P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between the three Xiyanping Injection groups and the control group,yet there was statistically significant difference between the three Xiyanping Injection groups and the positive drug group (P< 0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping Injection can significantly increase the excretion of phenol red in mice trachea,but has no obvious inhibitory effects on auricle swelling in mice.Atomizing inhalation of Xiyanping Injection has an obvious phlegm-expelling effect,but no significant anti-inflammatory effects,which is worth further study.
