仝小林院士“态靶因果”理论辨治成人1型脆性糖尿病伴多系统并发症验案

摘　　要：糖尿病是临床常见的一种慢性多系统性疾病,其中部分脆性糖尿病患者血糖日常波动剧烈,低血糖反复发作,生活质量更是严重下降,糖尿病管理难度增加。仝小林院士根据多年临床经验,创设"态靶因果"辨治方略,在治疗糖尿病等慢性复杂性疾病时常常将"宏观调态"与"微观打靶"相结合,多渠道、多靶点地调理患者状态,从而达到控制血糖,改善症状,防治多系统并发症的目的。本文通过对仝小林院士治疗的1例成人1型脆性糖尿病伴多系统并发症医案资料整理分析,总结其对这一类复杂疾病的治疗理念及用药经验,为脆性糖尿病伴多系统并发症的临床综合诊疗提供参考。Diabetes is a common clinical chronic multi-system disease.Some of the patients with brittle diabetes suffer from severe fluctuation of blood glucose and repeated hypoglycemia,which leads to a serious decline in quality of life and increasing difficulty in illness management.Professor Tong Xiaolin,based on his many years of clinical experience,develops the state-target-cause-result differentiation strategy,which combines “a macroscopic state regulation” with “the microscopic targeted therapy” in the treatment of chronic and complex diseases such as diabetes,to regulate the state of patients through multiple channels and targets,so as to control blood glucose levels,improve symptoms and prevent the progression of multiple system complications.In this paper,the clinical data of a case of adult type 1 brittle diabetes mellitus with multi-system complications treated by Professor Tong Xiaolin are analyzed,and his treatment concept and medication experience for this kind of complex diseases are summarized,so as to provide a reference for the clinical comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of brittle diabetes mellitus with multi-system complications.
