摘　　要：肉蔻五味丸蒙文名匝迪-5,出自《蒙医成方集》,为临床常用蒙成药。匝迪为治疗心赫依病的(本方中指心悸、神经衰弱、失眠、头昏目眩、心神不安、疲乏无力等症状)常用良方。临床研究主要集中在对精神类疾病、心血管疾病、胃肠道疾病及甲亢术前的治疗上,作用机制可能与减轻炎性反应有关;基础研究主要集中在精神类疾病与心血管疾病上,作用靶点及通路较多,涉及炎症、单胺类递质及其受体、HPA轴、神经营养因子、原癌基因及细胞凋亡等各个方面。Roukou Wuwei Pills,or Zadi-5 in Mongolian,comes from A Collection of Mongolian Medicine Prescriptions and is a commonly used effective prescription of Mongolian medicine for the treatment of symptoms of palpitation,neurasthenia,insomnia,vertigo,restlessness,fatigue and weakness in clinical practice.Its clinical research mainly focuses on the treatment of mental diseases,cardiovascular diseases,gastrointestinal diseases and preoperative hyperthyroidism,arguing that its mechanism may be related to the reduction of inflammatory reactions,while its basic research mainly focuses on mental diseases and cardiovascular diseases,in which many targets and pathways are involved,such as inflammation,monoamine transmitters and their receptors,HPA axis,neurotrophic factors,proto-oncogenes,and apoptosis,etc.
