摘　　要：种业科技创新对于保障国家粮食安全、促进农业长期稳定发展具有重要意义。文章以淮安市农业科学研究院为例,阐述了该院种业研发的基本情况,分析其种业研发过程中存在的问题,并从加强种质资源保护与利用、提升种业科技创新水平、加强种业平台条件建设等方面提出促进种业研发的对策。Technological innovation in the seed industry is of great significance for ensuring national food security and promoting the longterm stable development of agriculture. Taking Huai’an Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the basic situation of seed industry research and development in the academy were expounded in this paper. Problems in seed industry research and development were analyzed.Measures and suggestions were put forward to promote seed industry research and development from the aspects of strengthening the protection and utilization of germplasm resources, improving the scientific and technological innovation level of seed industry, and strengthening the construction of seed industry platform conditions.
