摘 要:汽车遥控钥匙在使用时,静电放电(Electrostatic Discharge,ESD)产生的脉冲电流容易对遥控钥匙内部芯片造成破坏,降低钥匙使用寿命,但目前ESD对钥匙芯片的失效机理以及后续的优化方案研究较少,从而导致遥控钥匙使用过程中极大影响了客户的使用体验。本文以汽车遥控钥匙为研究对象,通过试验分析钥匙静电失效形式,针对遥控钥匙静电失效问题研究了解决方案。结果表明:遥控钥匙失效形式:静态电流呈数量级变大,电池电量快速耗完,无遥控功能;通过PCBA(Printed Circuit Board Assembly)外喷三防漆和PCBA加TVS管可以有效解决钥匙ESD耐压能力差的问题。When the automobile remote control key is in use,the pulse current generated by electrostatic discharge(ESD)can easily damage the internal chip of the remote control key and reduce the service life of the key.However,there are few researches on the damage of the key chip by ESD,which has a great impact This improves the customer's experience with the remote control key.This paper takes the automobile remote control key as the research object,analyzes the key electrostatic failure mechanism through experiments,and studies the solution to the remote control key electrostatic failure problem.The results show that the failure mechanism of the remote control key:the quiescent current increases by the order of magnitude,the battery power is quickly exhausted,and there is no remote control function;the problem of poor ESD withstand voltage capability of the key can be reliably solved by the PCBA spraying three-proof paint and PCBA plus TVS tube.
