摘　　要：研究目的:交通基础设施作为支持国民经济发展的重要载体,在我国经济社会发展过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。在我国经济转型升级以及国民对环保要求不断提高的背景下,本文基于2007-2019年30个省份的面板数据,采用广义最小二乘法对相关地区的交通基础设施建设、环保投入与经济发展间的内在联系进行分析,进一步量化三者间的关系,以期为国家政策的制定提供参考,最终促进三者和谐稳定发展。研究结论:(1)研究发现交通基础设施及环保投入对经济高质量发展具有正向促进作用,国家应进一步完善区域交通网,提升区域交通集群,实现规模效应;(2)交通基础设施与环保投入的交互作用对经济高质量发展的影响为负,这也为进一步研究二者的内在关系指明了方向;(3)本研究成果可为国家相关部门政策的制定提供理论和实践依据,以推动我国产业结构转型升级,促进我国经济高质量发展。Research purposes: As an important carrier to support the development of national economy, transportation infrastructure plays an irreplaceable role in the process of China’s economic and social development. With the transformation and upgrading of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for environmental protection,based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2007 to 2019, this paper uses the generalized least square method to analyze the internal relationship among regional transportation infrastructure construction, environmental protection investment and economic development, and further quantify the relationship among the three, in order to provide reference for the formulation of national policies and ultimately promote the harmonious and stable development of the three.Research conclusions:(1) It is found that the investment in transportation infrastructure and environmental protection plays a positive role in promoting the high-quality development of economy. The country should further improve the regional transportation network, enhance the regional transportation cluster, and realize the scale effect.(2) The interaction between transportation infrastructure and environmental protection investment has a negative impact on high-quality economic development, which also points out the direction for further research on the internal relationship between the two.(3) The research results can provide theoretical and practical basis for the formulation of policies of relevant national departments, so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s industrial structure and promote the high-quality development of China’s economy.
