摘　　要：对用户访问行为分析的方法和研究视角进行拓展,为图书馆服务及管理决策提供支持。利用2017—2018年复旦大学师生中文电子期刊资源访问行为数据集,通过数据挖掘系列方法,构建用户访问行为画像,探索用户在访问时间、操作偏好、访问模式及检索偏好上的规律。用户活跃时间在一天内呈现"三增三减"的周期性变化,在一年中随工作学习以及假期呈现规律性增减;在操作偏好上,用户更倾向于即时快速的短访问;在访问模式上,一次访问包含多次反复的简单检索与浏览操作,用户越来越倾向于通过在线浏览,而非下载获取信息;在检索方式上,绝大多数用户使用默认的"主题"作为限定条件,直接利用首页检索框进行简单检索。This research expands the methods and research perspectives of user access behavior analysis,and provides support for the services and management decision of libraries.This research uses the 2017-2018 Fudan University Teachers and Students Chinese Electronic Journal Resource Access Behavior Dataset,constructs user access behavior profiles by data mining techniques and methods,and explores and discovers users regularities in access time,operating preferences,access patterns,and retrieval preferences.It draws the conclusion that the active time of users shows a cyclical change of“three increases and three decreases”within a day,and changes periodically with work,study and vacation within one year;in terms of operating preferences,users prefer instant and quick short visits;a visit is often performed alternately between simple retrieval and browsing operations,and users are increasingly inclined to obtain information through online browsing instead of downloading;in terms of retrieval methods,users prefer to use the default“subject”as the limiting condition,and directly use the retrieval box on homepage to perform simple retrieval.
