摘 要:采用SBM和三阶段DEA模型评价我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的制造业高质量发展效率;同时,对陕西省进行效率分解。研究发现政府支持力度、信息化水平、城镇化水平等产业外部环境影响因素均对制造业高质量发展效率的提升有显著的正向影响;陕西省制造业高质量发展的纯技术效率和规模效率还与DEA相对有效区域有较大差距,其中纯技术效率低是主要制约因素;此外,各投入指标的投入冗余率和产出指标的产出不足率也大相径庭。This paper uses SBM and Three-stage DEA model to evaluate the high-quality development efficiency of manufacturing industry in 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)of China.At the same time,the efficiency of Shaanxi Province is decomposed.The results show as follows:Government support,informatization level,urbanization level and other industrial external environmental factors have a significant positive impact on the improvement of high-quality development efficiency of manufacturing industry;The pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province are still far behind the DEA relatively effective areas,and the low pure technical efficiency is the main constraint;In addition,the input redundancy rate of each input index and the output insufficient rate of each output index are also quite different.
