摘  要:由于疟原虫对传统抗疟疾药物出现耐药性问题,导致感染疟疾的人数居高不下,仅在2019年全球就有超过2亿人感染疟疾.疟原虫的耐药性问题给消除疟疾带来了巨大的挑战,同时也促使新药的研发加快脚步,目前已有多项抗疟疾新药进入临床试验阶段.从传统抗疟疾药物、利用不同方法筛选的抗疟疾新药以及新发现的抗疟疾药物靶点几个方面综述抗疟疾药物的研究进展,为抗疟疾新药的研发提供参考.Due to the drug resistance of malaria parasites to traditional antimalarial drugs, the number of malaria cases remains high, with more than 200 million cases globally in 2019 alone. The emerging resistance of the parasite has become a serious cause for concern and has accelerated the development of new drugs, many of which are already in clinical trials. This article reviews the research progress on the antimalarial drugs, including the mechanisms of action of traditional antimalarial drugs and the novel drug candidates, as well as newly discovered antimalarial drug targets, so as to provide reference for the research and development of new antimalarial drugs.
