农户采纳农机社会化服务对耕地撂荒的抑制效应研究

摘　　要：发展农机社会化服务是中国推进农业现代化和保障国家粮食安全的重要举措。在近年中国粮食进口量大幅增加和耕地撂荒现象频发的背景下,基于中国劳动力动态调查数据,运用Tobit模型检验了农户采纳农机社会化服务对耕地撂荒的抑制效应。实证结果表明,农机社会化服务采纳程度的提高能够显著降低耕地撂荒率,且农业组织化水平的提升增强了这一抑制效应。为确保研究结论的稳健性,进一步采用了两部分模型估计、替换因变量为隐性撂荒和排除机械化程度的干扰这三种方法。与此同时,分样本回归结果显示,对于家中耕地质量高、家庭收入水平高和所在村庄位于平原地区的农户而言,采纳农机社会化服务能够更有效地抑制耕地撂荒。由此,需要充分活用农机社会化服务遏制耕地撂荒和挖掘保供潜力,实现土地规模经营和服务规模经营的齐头并进。Developing socialized agricultural machinery service is an important measure for China to modernize its agriculture and ensure food security.Under the background of rising food imports and frequent farmland abandonment,this paper uses To⁃bit model to explore how farmers’adoption of socialized agricultural machinery service affects farmland abandonment based on the data of China Labor-force Dynamic Survey.The empirical results show that farmers’adoption of socialized agricultural ma⁃chinery service significantly reduces farmland abandonment rate,and the level of agricultural organization plays a positive mod⁃erating role between them.The findings are robust to employing two-part model,replacing dependent variable as recessive farmland abandonment and excluding the influence of mechanization level.Meanwhile,the results of sub-sample regression re⁃veal that higher quality of farmland,higher household income and plain landform can enhance the service-abandonment link.Therefore,it is necessary to take full advantage of socialized agricultural machinery service to reduce farmland abandonment and unleash the potential of food supply,while ensuring that service scale management is advancing in unison with land scale management.
