摘　　要：研究环保型塑解剂A86在半钢子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明:在以天然橡胶为主的半钢子午线轮胎胎体胶中添加塑解剂A86,胶料的门尼粘度大幅降低,焦烧时间延长,加工性能改善;硫化胶的定伸应力和钢丝粘合力提高;成品轮胎的强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到企业标准要求。The application of environmental friendly plasticizer A86 in the carcass compound of steelbelted radial tire was studied.The results showed that after adding plasticizer A86 to the carcass compound of steel-belted radial tire based on NR,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased greatly,the scorch time was prolonged,and the processing property was improved.Moreover,the modulus of the vulcanizate and the adhesion with steel wire were improved.The strength,durability and high-speed performance of the finished tire met the requirements of the enterprise standard.
