摘　　要：组织中的葡萄糖转运蛋白可分为钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白(SGLT)和葡萄糖转运蛋白(GLUT)两种,影响葡萄糖吸收的因素均通过调控SGLT和GLUT来实现。本文对小肠上皮葡萄糖转运蛋白表达和功能异常的影响因素进行总结,并对小肠葡萄糖转运蛋白与疾病关系以及相关药物的临床应用进行综述,为临床上葡萄糖的吸收调节及代谢性疾病治疗提供思路。Glucose transporters can be divided into two types in tissues: sodium-dependent glucose cotransporters(SGLT) and glucose transporters type(GLUT). The factors that affect glucose absorption are implemented by regulating SGLT and GLUT. The article summarizes the influencing factors of the abnormal expression and function of the intestinal glucose transporters, reviews the relationship between small intestinal glucose transporter and diseases and the clinical application of drugs and thereby providing ideas for the regulation of glucose absorption and the treatment of metabolic diseases.
