摘　　要：毛泽东从中国革命事业发展新闻的现实需要出发,在对中国共产党新闻事业实践经验总结的基础上形成了一种崭新的思想。毛泽东新闻思想的民主意蕴主要体现在言论出版自由的意义、新闻自由和社会制度的关系以及新闻自由的原则界限三个方面,具有永恒的思想价值和普遍的现实意义,尤其对新时代中国特色社会主义新闻工作的发展具有重要的启示作用。Mao Zedong formed a new thought on the basis of summing up the practical experience of the CPC’s journalistic cause from the realistic needs of the development of Chinese revolutionary cause. The democratic implication of Mao Zedong’s journalistic thought is mainly reflected in three aspects: the significance of freedom of speech and press, the relationship between press freedom and social system, the principle and limit of press freedom. Mao Zedong’s journalistic thought has eternal value pursuit and universal realistic significance, which has important enlighten function to the development of the journalistic work of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
