摘  要:目的采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定炎琥宁原料中钠、钾的含量及摩尔比。方法等离子体功率12 kW,工作气体为高纯氩,气体流速14 L·min^(-1),矩管为高盐矩管,检测波长钠330.232 nm、钾769.896 nm。结果炎琥宁中钠、钾分别为5~50、5~100μg·mL^(-1)时与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为102.60%(RSD=1.70%)、97.50%(RSD=1.30%)。结论所用方法简便、快速、经济,可快速准确检测出炎琥宁原料药中钠、钾的含量及摩尔比,为其质量控制提供了可靠的检测依据。OBJECTIVE To determine sodium/potassium content and molar ratio in Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate(PSDS)by Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.METHODS The plasma was 12 kW,the gas flow rate was 14 L·min^(-1),the rectangular tube was high salt tube,and the detection wavelengths of sodium and potassium were 330.232 nm and 769.896 nm,respectively.RESULTS The average recovery of sodium and potassium was 102.60%(RSD=1.70%)and 97.50%(RSD=1.30%)in 5-50μg·mL^(-1) and 5-100μg·mL^(-1),respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and economical,and can accurately detect the content of sodium,potassium and molality ratio in PSPS,which provides a reliable basis for quality control.
