摘　　要：纳米中药是纳米技术与传统中药相结合的新型制剂,开发纳米剂型对中药制剂具有许多优势,包括实现靶向给药、提高生物利用度、降低毒性等。现对纳米中药制剂的发展历程进行了回顾,以纳米中药的制备方法为主线进行综述,并对其存在的问题进行分析与展望,期望为纳米中药制备技术提供借鉴。Nano traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a new preparation combining nanotechnology with TCM.The development of nano-formulations forms has many advantages for TCM preparations,including the realization of targeted drug delivery,the improvement of bioavailability and the reduction of toxicity.This article reviewed the development history of nano TCM preparations,focused on the preparation methods of nano TCM,and analyzed and looked forward to the existing problems,hoping to provide reference for the preparation technology of nano TCM.
