数字经济提升我国产业链韧性的路径研究

摘　　要：提升产业链韧性是推进产业链现代化的重要内容,也是增强经济韧性的关键环节。产业链韧性表现为产业链的抵御风险能力与恢复能力,提升产业链韧性应有序推进补链、延链、固链、强链等。数字经济时代,新要素、新模式、新产业、新业态为产业链韧性提供了新动力。目前,我国产业链韧性提升还存在着产业基础能力薄弱导致产业链不完整、要素市场化程度较低导致产业链不稳、基础创新能力不足导致产业链不强等问题。鉴于此,应依托数字经济大力推进产业链数字化升级,加快打造新型数字示范平台,着力突破关键核心技术,发挥龙头企业带动作用,注重扶持"专精特新"企业,推动产业链向更完整、更稳定、更强健的方向发展,不断提升我国产业链韧性,早日实现产业链安全可控。Improving the industrial chain resilience is an important part of the industrial chain modernization,and it is also a key part in enhancing economic resilience.The industrial chain resilience is embodied in the anti-risk ability and recovery ability of the industrial chain.To enhance the resilience of the industrial chain,we must orderly advance the work of supplementing,extending,fixing,and strengthening the chain.In the digital economy era,new elements,new patterns,new industries,and new business formats provide impetus for the resilience of the industrial chain.At present,the dilemma in the improvement of China’s industrial chain resilience is mainly due to the weak industrial foundation capacity leading to incomplete industrial chain,low factor marketization leading to instability of the industrial chain,and insufficient basic innovation capabilities leading to weak industrial chain.So,we should rely on the digital economy to accelerate the digital transformation of the industrial chain,strengthen the building of digital demonstration platforms,focus on breakthroughs in core key technologies and the cultivation of core leading companies to promote a more complete,stable and stronger industrial chain,and enhance the resilience of the industrial chain.
