中蒙药通痹散配合针刺治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中蒙药通痹散配合针刺治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年11月-2019年9月来本院针灸推拿科门诊进行治疗的颈、腰椎间盘突出症患者共200例进行实验研究,分为对照组和治疗组各100例。对照组采用针刺进行治疗,治疗组为针刺配合中蒙药通痹散治疗。对两组患者治疗前后总有效率及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行对比。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在颈、腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗中,中蒙药通痹散配合针刺的治疗方法能够有效减轻患者疼痛程度,提高临床治疗有效率。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese-Mongolian medicine Tongbi powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with cervical and lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 200 patients with cervical and lumbar disc herniation treated in the outpatient department of acupuncture and massage in our hospital from November 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Tongbi powder.The total effective rate and visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese-Mongolian medicine Tongbi powder combined with acupuncture can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients with cervical and lumbar disc herniation,and improve the effective rate of clinical treatment.
