摘 要:某引水式水电站上游调压井和压力管道检修门闸墩同在一个大井内,阻抗板以上最大水头为113.9 m,检修门闸墩高116.9 m,检修闸门槽上游设置胸墙或连系梁,不仅直接影响混凝土结构受力,也影响混凝土结构整体滑模浇筑。采用三维有限元法计算分析不同的检修门闸墩结构体系和调压井衬砌结构与围岩相互作用。结果表明:上游胸墙或连系梁对其下游墙的拉应力降低幅度分别为5.3%~49.9%和2.4%~23.5%;检修闸门槽上游不设置胸墙或连系梁,截面配筋最少,而设置胸墙或连系梁的配筋面积分别增加13.6%和10.0%。检修闸门槽上游不设置胸墙或连系梁可行,实现了调压井上部井筒混凝结构整体滑模浇筑,值得同类工程借鉴。In a diversion hydropower station,the upstream surge shaft and the penstock service gate pier are in the same large shaft;the maximum water head above the impedance plate is 113.9 m;the service gate pier is 116.9 m high;to set a parapet or tie beam at upstream of the service gate slot not only directly affects the structural stress of the concrete,but also affects the overall slipform pouring of the concrete structure.The 3D finite element method is used to calculate and analyze the interaction between different service gate pier and surge shaft lining structures and surrounding rock.The results show that parapet wall reduces the tensile stress of the downstream wall by 5.3%~49.9%and the tie beam reduces the tensile stress by 2.4%~23.5%;When the upstream parapet wall or tie beam is not set on the upstream of service gate slot,cross section reinforcement is the least.While setting upstream parapet wall or tie beam on the upstream of service gate slot increases the reinforcement area of the gate pier structure by 13.6%and 10.0%respectively.It is feasible not to set parapet wall or tie beam at upstream of the service gate slot,which realizes the integral slipform casting of the concrete structure of the upper surge shaft.The practice is worthy of reference for similar projects.
