摘　　要：为使HSE管理体系在工程项目建设中更好的发挥效能,基于HSE管理体系,开发了以“343”为设计原则的HSE业务管理系统。系统集成了HSE管理中的17个模块,实现了各类报表生成、安全数据统计分析、职业健康知识共享及预警信息发布等功能。并通过某电力建设企业HSE业务管理验证表明,该系统在规范企业HSE管理、HSE信息共享、辅助HSE科学决策等方面取得成效显著,对企业生产、经营、安全有积极的促进作用。In order to make better use of the HSE management system in the construction of engineering projects,based on the HSE management system,an HSE business management system with“343”as the design principle has been developed.The system integrates 17 modules in HSE management,and realizes various functions such as report generation,safety data statistical analysis,occupational health knowledge sharing and early warning information release.Through the HSE business management verification of a power construction company,it shows that the system has achieved remarkable results in standardizing enterprise HSE management,HSE information sharing,and assisting HSE scientific decision-making,and it has a positive role in promoting enterprise production,operation,and safety activities.
