温经止痛益气方联合心理疏导治疗寒湿凝滞型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症

摘　　要：目的探讨温经止痛益气方联合心理疏导治疗寒湿凝滞型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法86例寒湿凝滞型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例,共脱落8例。对照组38例,给予温经止痛益气方中药汤剂口服治疗。观察组40例,予以温经止痛益气方中药汤剂口服联合心理疏导。两组均连续治疗2个月,比较两组患者的综合疗效、中医证候疗效、局部体征疗效、慢性盆腔痛程度以及生存质量改善情况。结果治疗后,两组的综合疗效、局部体征疗效、中医证候疗效、慢性盆腔痛VAS评分、生存质量评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者生存质量中生理、心理、社会领域评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温经止痛益气方联合心理疏导治疗寒湿凝滞型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症,能够显著改善慢性盆腔痛症状和患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wenjing Zhitong Yiqi Decoction combined with psychological counseling in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of cold-damp coagulation type.Methods 86 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of cold-damp coagulation type were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group,and 8 cases shedding.The control group 38 cases were treated with Wenjing Zhitong Yiqi Decoction.The observation group 40 cases were given Wenjing Zhitong Yiqi Decoction combined with psychological counseling.The two groups were treated continuously for 2 months,and the comprehensive efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,local signs efficacy,chronic pelvic pain degree and improvement of quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with before treatment,there were statistically significant differences in comprehensive efficacy,local signs efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,chronic pelvic pain VAS score and quality of life score between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in physiological,psychological and social scores of quality of life between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenjing Zhitong Yiqi Decoction combined with psychological counseling can significantly improve chronic pelvic pain and quality of life in pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of cold-damp coagulation type.
