摘  要:为实现工业γ探伤放射源全环节监控需求,设计了在线监测系统。探伤仪和源车监测终端发送监测数据至数据服务中心进行持久化存储和异常报警,视频终端完成源库的出入监控。Y探伤仪远程实时监测软件提供Web界面实现设备、用户、作业管理和监测数据汇总导出,利用WebGIS进行定位显示和轨迹查询。系统经实际现场作业测试能够满足用户需求,已成功应用于多家探伤企业,提升从业单位和监管部门自动化、信息化和科学化的安全监管水平和成效。On-line monitoring system is designed to realize the whole process monitoring of industrial gamma radiographic.The monitoring terminals which installed on flaw detector and radioactive source vehicle send data to the data service center for persistent storage and abnormal alarm.The video terminal which installed in radioactive source library completes the incoming and outgoing monitoring.Gamma flaw detector remote real-time monitoring software provides a Web 376 interface to implement terminal,user,job management and monitoring data summary export,use WebGIS for positioning display and track query.The system has been tested in the actual field,which can meet the needs of users,and has been successfully applied to many flaw detection companies to improve the automation,information and scientific safety supervision level and effectiveness of mobile flaw detection companies and supervision departments.
