摘  要:采用微波消解法处理气溶胶样品,通过ICP-MS法测量大气TSP和PM2.5中痕量铀钍,测量结果分别与铀钍传统测量方法比较具有较好的一致性,ICP-MS法测量铀钍具有测量准确度高、稳定性好、检出限低等优点,可以作为辐射环境监测领域测量气体中铀钍含量的一种手段,大气TSP和PM2.5中铀钍测量数据为国内研究大气中放射性核素分布积累了宝贵数据。Aerosol samples by microwave digestion processing,Trace amounts of uranium and thorium in atmospheric TSP and PM2.5 were measured by ICP-MS,The results are in good agreement with the traditional methods,ICP-MS method measuring uranium and thorium has high measurement accuracy,good stability,and low detection limit,can be used as a radiation environmental monitoring field of a means of measurement of uranium and thorium content in the gas,the atmosphere of uranium and thorium in TSP and PM2.5 measurement data for the study of the domestic atmospheric radionuclide distribution in the accumulation of valuable data.
