摘 要:气体状态方程是高压气瓶设计的重要基础。由于高压气体为非理想气体,设计高压气瓶时,通过理想气体状态方程计算得到的结果偏差较大,难以满足使用要求。为了提高高压气瓶设计计算的精度,对三种常用的气体状态方程,即理想气体状态方程、范德瓦尔气体状态方程和Redlich-Kwong气体状态方程进行了描述和分析,通过高压氮气充气试验,对比了三种气体状态方程的计算精度。结果表明:Redlich-Kwong气体状态方程与试验结果吻合最好,可以用于高压气瓶的设计计算。The gas equation of state was an important basis for the design of high pressure gas cylinders.Because the high-pressure gas was non ideal gas,the deviation calculated by the ideal gas state equation was large in the design of high-pressure gas cylinder,which was difficult to meet the use requirements.In order to improve the design and calculation accuracy of high pressure gas cylinders,three commonly used gas state equations,namely ideal gas state equation,van der Waals gas state equation and Redlich-Kwong gas state equation were described and analyzed.Through the high-pressure nitrogen charging test,the calculation accuracy of three gas state equations was compared.The results showed that the Redlich-Kwong gas equation of state was in good agreement with the experimental results,and could be used for the design and calculation of high-pressure gas cylinders.
