雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片对子宫内膜薄性不孕症患者子宫内膜厚度及容积的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片对子宫内膜薄性不孕症患者子宫内膜厚度及容积的影响。【方法】选取2019年11月至2020年11月在本院诊治的子宫内膜薄性不孕症患者98例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗,比较两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜容积、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮水平及治疗期间不良反应和1年内的妊娠率、妊娠结局。【结果】两组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度均明显提高(P<0.05),但观察组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度明显高于对照组,子宫内膜达8mm时间明显少于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后子宫内膜容积≥2mL的比例明显高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者治疗前后子宫内膜类型比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后E2、孕酮水平均明显上升,LH水平明显下降,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后E2、孕酮水平明显高于对照组,LH水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后1年妊娠率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组早期流产率、足月分娩率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】使用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗子宫内膜薄性不孕症患者,可有效改善患者的子宫内膜厚度及容积,从而提高患者妊娠率。【Objective】To investigate the effect of estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets on endometrial thickness and volume in patients with thin endometrial infertility.【Methods】A total of 98 cases of endometrial infertility patients admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method.The control group was given estradiol valerate tablets,while the observation group was treated with estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets.The endometrial thickness,endometrial volume,estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone levels,adverse reactions during treatment,pregnancy rate and pregnancy outcome within one year were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.【Results】The endometrial thickness in both groups was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).More important evidence is that the endometrial thickness in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment.The time for endometrial thickness to reach 8mm was significantly shorter than that in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The proportion of endometrial volume≥2 mL after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in endometrial type between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of E2 and progesterone in both groups increased significantly,while LH level decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,E2 and progesterone levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while LH levels were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups
