摘　　要：为实现移动高风险辐射源全过程闭环管理和监督,设计了信息化管理平台。数据服务软件使用多线程技术处理探伤、货包和源车监测终端网络数据、持久化存储和数据同步,Web应用系统软件利用轻量级J2EE框架设计数据层、应用层和表现层实现业务流程可视化管理、实时剂量监测、WebGIS监测、属地环保现场检查、市级环保报警处置统计和OA系统对接。经稳定性测试软件满足实际需求,已应用于北京市探伤企业和环保部门。Information management platform is designed to realize the closed-loop management and supervision of high-risk mobile radiation sources.The data service software uses multithreading technology to process flaw detection,package and source vehicle monitoring terminal network data,persistent storage and data synchronization,and Web application software uses the lightweight J2EE framework to design the data layer,application layer and presentation layer to realize business process visualization management,real-time dose monitoring,WebGIS monitoring,local environmental protection field inspection,municipal environmental protection alarm disposal statistics and OA system interface.After the stability test software meets actual needs,it has been applied to flaw detection enterprises of Beijing and environmental protection department.
