摘　　要：为避免人员误入辐射区域造成人身伤害事故,建立了一套安全联锁系统。本文阐述了安全联锁系统的设备组成和信号联锁功能,基于西门子故障安全型PLC模块,保证控制系统安全可靠、稳定性好、操作简便,确保加速器运行前后及运行过程中相关人员的辐射安全。安全联锁系统已开发完成,进行了总体联调与测试,达到了设计要求.In order to avoid personal injury caused by entering radiation area by mistake,a set of safety interlock system is established.This paper describes the equipment composition and signal interlocking function of the system.The control system is safe,reliable,stable and easy to operate based on Siemens fail-safe PLC module,which ensures the radiation safety of relevant personnel before and after the accelerator operation and during the operation.The safety interlock system has been developed,and the overall joint debugging and testing have been carried out,which has met the design requirements.
