出入境边防检查机关应用人体生物特征识别技术问题研究——以新冠疫情防控为视角

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情的肆虐给各国人民生命财产安全和社会秩序带来严峻挑战,因此,我国出入境边防检查机关需要建立更加完善的边境管控措施,采取一系列精细化防疫措施,防范疫情由境外输入境内,全力维护国家安全、边境稳定。本文针对我国边防检查工作现有人体生物特征识别技术,分析在新冠疫情防控背景下出入境边防检查机关应用人体生物特征识别技术现状,提出出入境边防检查机关面临的挑战和提高人体生物特征识别技术检查效能的措施。The raging new crown pneumonia epidemic has brought severe challenges to peopled lives and property safety and social order in all countries.Therefore,my country’s entiy and exit border inspection agencies need to establish more complete border control measures and adopt a series of refined epidemic prevention measures to prevent the epidemic Imported from abroad to China,and spare no effort to maintain national security and border stability.Based on the existing liuman biometric identification technology for border inspections in my country,this article analyzes the current status of the application of human biometric identification technology by entry and exit border inspection agencies in the context of the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic,and proposes the challenges faced by entry and exit border inspection agencies and improving the identification of human biometrics.Measures of technical inspection effectiveness.
