复方甘草酸苷联合糖皮质激素治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：研究分析复方甘草酸苷联合糖皮质激素治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。选取2018年11月至2020年8月入院的120例带状疱疹患者作为分析对象,并根据治疗方法的不同,将其分为研究组及对照组,每组各60例。其中,研究组患者采用复方甘草酸苷联合糖皮质激素进行治疗,对照组患者则单纯采用糖皮质激素进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者在不同治疗方案下的治疗效果、疼痛评分、不良反应发生情况等。研究组患者的有效率(98.33%),与对照组(88.33%)相比具有明显差异(P<0.05);且对于两组患者的止疱时间、止痛时间、结痂时间、治疗后的疼痛评分以及治疗过程中发生不良反应的概率等指标的统计,研究组的各项测量指标也均表现出明显优势,组间对比差异均较为显著(P<0.05)。对带状疱疹患者实施复方甘草酸苷联合糖皮质激素治疗的临床效果十分显著,治疗的安全性高,可以有效缓解患者不适症状,具良好治疗价值。To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of herpes zoster,the study selected 120 patients with herpes zoster admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to August 2020 as the analysis objects.Based on the different treatment methods,they were divided into a study group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.Among them,patients in the study group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin combined with glucocorticoids,while patients in the control group were treated with glucocorticoids alone.Observed and compared the treatment effects,pain scores,and adverse reactions between the two groups of patients under different treatment plans,the study found that the effective rate of treatment of patients in the study group(98.33%)was higher than that of the control group(88.33%),and the contrast was significantly different(P<0.05).And for the two groups of patients'blister-stopping time,pain-relieving time,crusting time,pain score after treatment,and the probability of adverse reactions during treatment,it was found that the measurement indicators of the study group also showed obvious advantages,the differences between the two groups are more significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with glucocorticoid therapy on patients with herpes zoster is very significant,the treatment is safe,and it can effectively alleviate the patients'uncomfortable symptoms.Clinical applications can be considered.
