摘 要:探究慢性COPD急性加重期患者的不同用药方案及其效果差异。以2018年1月至2019年1月在该院治疗的98位慢性COPD患者为研究对象,所有患者入选时均属于急性加重期并基于随机数表法分为两组。常规组采用普米克令舒、噻托溴铵进行治疗,实验组在常规组基础上额外添加硫酸沙丁胺醇,对其临床疗效、临床指标进行对比分析。实验组患者的临床疗效明显高于常规组,统计学对比差异显著,P<0.05。干预前两组患者BNP、PA指标差异不明显,P>0.05。在不同治疗方案干预后实验组患者BNP、PA指标改善更加理想,统计学对比有意义(P<0.05);实验组的各项症状评分均得到明显改善并且优于常规组,P<0.05。实验组患者的多项生活质量指标均显著优于常规组,P<0.05。硫酸沙丁胺醇联合噻托溴铵的用药方式可以有效应用于慢性COPD,不仅可以实现对患者症状的控制,同时还能够更好的改善BNP、PA等指标,患者预后水平更好。To explore the different medication regimens and their effect differences in patients with acute exacerbations of chronic COPD,the 98 patients with chronic COPD who were treated in the author's hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were in the acute exacerbation stage at the time of enrollment and were divided into two groups based on the random number table method.The control group were treated with pulmicort and tiotropium bromide,and the experimental group were supplemented with salbutamol sulfate on the basis of the routine group,and the clinical efficacy and clinical indicators were compared and analyzed.The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the statistical difference was significant,P<0.05.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in BNP and PA indexes between the two groups of patients,P>0.05.After the intervention of different treatments,the BNP and PA indicators of the experimental group improved more ideally,and statistical comparison was significant P<0.05.The symptom scores of the experimental group were significantly improved and were better than the control group,P<0.05.Many quality of life indicators of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Salbutamol sulfate combined with tiotropium bromide can be effectively applied to chronic COPD.It can not only control the symptoms of patients,but also improve BNP,PA and other indicators.The prognosis of patients is better and it is worth popularizing.
