摘  要:维持葡萄糖稳态是机体复杂调节系统的结果,葡萄糖转运蛋白(Glucose Transporter,GLUT)在其中发挥重要作用。GLUT蛋白家族在疾病治疗中起到关键作用,例如可有效抑制多种类型肿瘤的发生,促进糖尿病导致的创面愈合等。文章对转运蛋白中的GLUT蛋白家族的结构与功能进行了阐述,并结合非编码RNA对GLUT的调控,阐明了其在肿瘤和糖尿病治疗中的具体作用机制,为GLUT在精准医疗中发挥作用提供了参考。Maintenance of glucose homeostasis was the result of a complex regulatory system.GLUT(glucose transporter)protein family plays a significant role in disease treatment,such as tumors and diabetes.In this paper,GLUT protein family transporters,specifically its structure and function was reviewed.Combined with the regulation of GLUT by non-coding RNA,the specific mechanism of glucose transporter in the treatment of tumor and diabetes was elucidated in this paper,so as to provide a reference for GLUT to play a role in precision medicine.
