摘 要:江苏油田有大量高含蜡、高凝点、高黏度的"三高"原油,此类原油采输过程中存在回压高、能耗大、检泵周期短等问题,影响油田的正常生产,流动改性剂的使用可以改善这类问题。利用许庄、范庄等区块的原油,进行流动改进剂体系、性能及作用机制研究,结果表明,添加流动改进剂后原油降黏率超过70%,转相点降低15%,且不影响原油后续站内处理,有利于采出液常温采输,降低生产能耗。There are a lot of"three-high"crude oil with high wax content,high pour point and high viscosity in Jiangsu Oilfield.The problems of high back pressure,high energy consumption and short pump inspection cycle in the production and transportation of this kind of crude oil affect the normal production of the oilfield.The flow improver system,performance and mechanism were studied by using the crude oil from Xuzhuang and Fanzhuang blocks.Results showed that the viscosity of crude oil decreased more than 70%,the phase transition point decreased more than 15%,and the treatment of crude oil in the station was not affected.
