摘  要:丁酸丁酯既是一种溶剂,又可作为色谱分析的标准物质,常用于有机合成和香精等领域,但现阶段其生产周期长、产量低、纯度不高以及制备过程中的污染等不利因素导致丁酸丁酯的应用受限。因此,筛选活性高、绿色且价格低廉的催化剂,开发环境友好的合成工艺是解决以上问题的关键。本文综述无机盐、磺酸及其盐、有机铵盐、分子筛及离子交换树脂、酶、离子液体、固体超强酸、杂多酸等催化剂催化合成丁酸丁酯工艺的最佳条件和应用前景,在此基础上分析各类催化剂的优缺点及其催化机制,对其在丁酸丁酯工业催化上的应用进行总结和展望,以期对丁酸丁酯的高效、绿色化生产提供参考。Butyl butyrate is often used as a standard substance in solvent and chromatographic analysis,aswell as in organic synthesis and flavor formulation.However,due to its relatively high price,pollution in thepreparation process and long production cycle,its industrial and commercial applications have been seriouslyhindered.Therefore,how to find the catalyst with high activity,green and low price and related technology hasbecome the key to overcome the obstacles.In this paper,the yield,optimum conditions and application pros-pect of butyl butyrate catalyzed by inorganic salts,sulfonic acid and its salts,organic ammonium salts,molec-ular sieves,ion exchange resins,enzymes,ionic liquids,solid superacids and heteropoly acids were re-viewed.On this basis,the advantages and disadvantages of various catalysts and their catalytic mechanismwere analyzed,and their application in the industrial catalysis of butyl butyrate was summarized and prospect-ed,hoping to provide reference for the production and research of butyl butyrate in industry.
