摘  要:随着社会对消费品安全问题越来越重视,缺陷消费品召回已经成为产品质量提升和保护消费者人身与财产安全的重要措施。我国缺陷消费品召回制度起步较晚,为了进一步促进我国缺陷消费品召回管理工作的发展,本文基于2016-2020年消费品召回数据,从召回次数和数量、召回产品原产地、召回产品类别分布、缺陷及伤害类型等方面,对中美缺陷消费品召回情况进行对比分析,为完善我国缺陷消费品召回工作制度提供参考。As the society pays more and more attention to the safety of consumer goods,the recall of defective consumer goods has become an important measure to improve product quality and protect consumers’personal and property safety.China’s defective consumer goods recall system started late.In order to further promote the development of defective consumer goods recall management in China,based on the consumer goods recall data from 2016 to 2020,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the recall of defective consumer goods between China and the United States from the aspects of recall times and quantity,origin of recalled products,distribution of recalled product categories,defects and injury types.It provides a reference for improving the recall system of defective consumer goods in China.
