摘 要:省级哲学社会科学优秀成果奖是申报和获得教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(人文社会科学)的重要参考和基础,是各省、自治区、直辖市哲学社会科学研究领域内的最高奖项,也是对哲学社会科学工作者的认可和奖励。通过调研我国31个省、自治区和直辖市关于哲学社会科学优秀成果奖的评选政策,运用文本分析法对评奖政策的价值取向、参评条件、奖项设置和评审程序四个方面进行比较分析,揭示我国省级哲学社会科学优秀成果奖的评奖现状,指出部分省份评奖中的问题并从评奖周期、申报时限、参评范围、奖项数量设置、奖项类型设置、评审程序、奖励办法七个方面提出改进建议,以期为提高省级社科奖评选的科学性和合理性提供参考和借鉴。The Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award is the highest award in the field of philosophy and social science research in all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities. It is a recognition and reward for philosophy and social science workers. By investigating the review policies of 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities on the selection of awards for outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences, this article compares and analyzes the review policies’ value orientation, conditions for participation, award setting and evaluation procedures. By using the method of text analysis, this article reveals the status quo of the awards for outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences at the provincial level in our country, and points out the problems in some provinces. This article proposes improvement suggestions from seven aspects: evaluation cycle, application time limit, evaluation scope, award number setting, award type setting, evaluation procedure, and reward method, in order to provide reference for improving the scientificity and rationality of the provincial social science award review.
