摘 要:针对蒸汽加热在弹丸装药倒空中存在污染环境、装药适用范围小、能量利用率低等问题,提出了电磁感应加热弹丸装药倒空技术。分析了感应加热倒药方法的工作原理,构建了感应制热器的数学模型,基于磁热顺序耦合方法建立了二维轴对称感应加热弹丸装药有限元模型,开展了电磁场和温度场仿真研究。分析了不同时刻下弹丸装药不同位置的电磁场和温度场分布,掌握了线圈产生的电磁场对弹丸内部装药几乎无影响、弹丸温度沿壳体至装药内部递减的结果。研究表明:加热效果与用蒸汽加热相比有较大提高,并且能够控制加热温度确保安全性,电磁感应加热弹丸装药倒空技术具有较好的应用前景。Aiming at the limitations of the steam heating emptying method,such as environmental pollution,small application range of the charge,and low energy utilization,the electromagnetic induction heating emptying technology of the projectile charge is the main research direction of the future emptying technology.We analyzed the working principle of the induction heating pouring method,constructed the mathematical model of the induction heater,established a two-dimensional axisymmetric induction heating projectile charge finite element model based on the magneto-thermal sequence coupling method,and carried out the electromagnetic field and temperature field simulation.The electromagnetic field and temperature field distribution at different positions of the projectile charge at different times were analyzed.The electromagnetic field generated by the coil has almost no effect on the internal charge of the projectile,and the temperature of the projectile decreased from the shell to the inside of the charge.The research results show that:the temperature distribution and change in the induction heating process are consistent with the induction heating theory,the heating effect is greatly improved compared with steam heating,and it can control the heating temperature to ensure safety;electromagnetic induction heating projectile charge emptying technology has a high application value.
