摘  要:以不同头型回转体模型为研究对象,探究头型和肩部连接方式对初生空化数及空腔形态的影响。通过选取圆形、锥形及椭圆形系列头型的回转体模型,在不同空化数的工况下,对不同头部回转头部体空化流场进行数值模拟。结果表明:由于各系列头型的头部长度和肩部连接方式不同,其初生空化数和空化腔形态不同;圆形和椭圆形系列回转体头部越长,锥形系列回转体头部越短,该空化流场的初生空化数越小;空化腔的长度和厚度随空化数的减小而增大;各系列头型回转体头部长度越短,空化数对空腔长度和厚度的影响越为显著。Different series of rotary body models were taken as the research object to explore the head types and shoulder connection modes’influence on the primary cavitation number and cavitation shape.By selecting three series of rotary body with different head types,the cavitation flow of different models with different cavitation numbers was simulated.The results show that the primary cavitation number and cavitation shape of each series of head type are different due to head length and shoulder connection.The initial cavitation number decreases with the length of the caliber and conical body’s head increasing.The length and thickness of cavity increase with the cavitation number decreases.And the cavitation number’s influence on cavity’s length and thickness is more significant with the shorter head length.
