摘　　要：1928年5月,泰安成为山东省政府临时驻地,孙良诚任省府主席。其在任期间,选择性执行国民政府的相关政策,大幅拆改岱庙。孙良诚在该庙举行的诸种政治活动在一定程度上激励了民众的抗日热情,但甚少顾及民生与民间信仰传统,且伴有省政府与省党务指导委员会的权力冲突。孙良诚对岱庙的改造与利用造成政治动员、古迹保护与民间信仰之间的紧张关系,在得到一些新知识人赞同之时,也受到社会舆论的质疑与批评。1929年4月,孙良诚奉冯玉祥之命离鲁,岱庙的政治色彩随之骤减,而当地民间信仰习俗渐趋常态。这一时期岱庙遭劫的命运表明,孙良诚的施政既凸显其个人威权,也遭遇党政纠葛与派系纷争,终究未能实现区域性"善治"。In May 1928,Tai’an was designated as the temporary capital of Shandong province,and Sun Liang-cheng served as the chairman of Shandong provincial government.During his tenure,he selectively carried out the relevant policies of the national government and substantially rebuild Dai Temple.His political activities in the temple,stimulated people’s enthusiasm for resistance against Japan to some extent,but little attention was paid to the people’s livelihood and folk belief tradition,accompanied by the power conflict between Shandong provincial government and the Provincial Party Affairs Steering Committee.Sun’s transformation and utilization of Dai Temple resulted in the tension among political mobilization,historic site protection and folk belief,which received praise from some new intellectuals as well as criticism and question from the public opinion.In April 1929,Sun left Shandong Province on Feng Yu-xiang’s order,and the political activities in Dai Temple decreased sharply,while folk faith customs gradually returned to normal.The fate of Dai Temple’s robbery in this period showed that Sun’s administration not only highlighted his personal authority,but also encountered the contradiction between Kuomintang and Government as well asfactional disputes,which failed to realize the regional“good governance”.
