滇中城市群电子商务与快递业协同发展矛盾及对策分析

摘　　要：电子商务与快递业在发展中存在着协同性不足的矛盾,具体表现为网点资源配置、发展速度不协调、发展规模不协同、服务时间不一致,产业链地位不对等矛盾,这些矛盾一定程度上阻碍了快递业和电子商务互利互赢。据此,应该科学规划网点资源与共同配送布局,学协同电商与快递服务需求,提高快递企业信息化技术水平,协调产业链合作供应。In the development of e-commerce and the express industry, there exists the contradiction of insufficient coordination, which is embodied in the contradiction of the network resource allocation, development speed, development scale,service time and industrial chain status. To some extent, these contradictions hinder the mutual benefit of the express industry and e-commerce. Accordingly, the following countermeasures are put forward: scientific planning of network resources, promotion of joint distribution layout, scientific coordination of e-commerce and express service demand, improvement of information technology level of express delivery enterprises, coordination of industrial chain cooperation supply and other countermeasures.
