摘 要:铅锌冶炼污酸水处理产生的硫化砷渣含有大量的3价砷,需要将其氧化为5价砷,然后再转化为5价砷酸盐实现砷渣稳定化。本文用碳酸钠溶液浸出硫化砷渣,向浸出液中加入氯化钙溶液,反应得到砷酸钙沉淀。研究了浸出温度以及浸出时间在碱性浸出过程中对砷浸出率以及砷酸钙沉积率的影响。研究结果表明:温度为80℃,碳酸钠与硫化砷渣摩尔比为1.2∶1,浸出时间为1 h时,砷的浸出率可达95.8%;浸出温度为80℃,氯化钙与砷酸钠的摩尔比为1.2∶1,浸出时间为0.5 h时,砷酸钙的沉积率为83.8%。There is a large amount of trivalent arsenic in the arsenic sulfide slag produced by the sewage acid water treatment in the lead-zinc smelting. It needs to oxidized to pentavalent arsenic and transfer to pentavalent arsenate for the arsenic residue stabilization.In this paper, the arsenic sulfide sludge was leached by sodium carbonate solution and the leaching solution was reacted with calcium chloride solution, calcium arsenate precipitation is obtained. The effects of leaching temperature and leaching time on the leaching efficiency and calcium arsenate deposition rate in the alkaline leaching process were studied. The results show that when the tem-perature is 80 ℃, the molar ratio of sodium carbonate to arsenic sulfide slag is 1. 2∶1, and the leaching time is 1 h, the leaching rate of arsenic reaches 95. 8%;When the leaching temperature is 80 ℃, the molar ratio of calcium chloride to sodium arsenate is 1. 2∶1,and the leaching time is 0. 5 h, the deposition rate of calcium arsenate is 83. 8%.
