党内政治生态建设的机理探析

摘　　要：营造风清气正的党内政治生态是加强党的建设、全面从严治党的基础性工程,因此,探析党内政治生态建设的机理,对认识和把握党的政治建设规律和路径具有本源性意义。党内政治生态建设和发展的机理主要在于:政治认同的文化机理,即坚定马克思主义的政治信仰、营造先进的党内政治文化、遵循先进的政党文化;政治规范的制度机理,即以党章为党内最高行为准则、严明党的政治纪律政治规矩、严肃党内政治生活;政治系统的平衡机理,即平衡党内政治系统与政治环境的关系、涵养党内政治生态的执政环境、塑造完美的执政党整体形象;政治监督的净化机理,即加强党内政治监督机制建设、把权力关进制度的笼子、推进政党现代化的建设进程。Creating a clean and upright political ecology within the party is a basic project to strengthen the party building and strictly administer the party in an all-round way. Therefore, exploring the mechanism to build political ecology within the party is originally significant to understand and grasp the party’s political constructing law and path.The mechanism of the political ecology construction and development within the party mainly lies in cultural mechanism of political identity: holding strong political belief in Marxism, producing political culture within the party in the new era, following advanced political party cultures;the institutional mechanism of the political norms: taking the party constitution as the highest code of conduct within the party, strictly enforcing the part’s political discipline and rules, seriously regulating the political life within the party;the balance mechanism of the the political system: balancing the relationship between political innovation and political environment, nourishing the ruling environment of the political ecology within the party, shaping impressive and overall image of the ruling party;purifying mechanism of political supervision: strengthening the construction of political supervision mechanism within the party, putting power in the cage of regulation, promoting the construction process of political party modernization.
